As a child one of the things you dread hearing is your name called in a certain tone, because it usually meant you were in trouble. Adults don’t hear that external voice (too often), but instead we get a sinking feeling when we’ve done something wrong. Trouble is always wandering from place to place, sometimes for a brief visit and other times for what seems like months. It’s never invited; it just shows up. We can’t run away from it, we have to find the strength to face it. If you can’t do it alone, then seek out solid resources to help you to deal with trouble. Know this to be true, trouble is just temporary. On our journey to live better lives when we stumble and fall, look at it as a good position to be in because the only way is up.
Casually speaking and all the best,
